Returns & Condition
We hope that you will love your order. However, if you decide to return the products, you will need contact our customer service representative at cs@og-atelier.com within 14 days of receipt of the items.
Items must be unused, in original packaging and with proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns which have been used, altered or damaged.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns
If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or appears to be faulty please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order, supported by photographic evidence of the faulty goods.
